Stinging Nettle Pesto – A wild foraged pesto made from stinging nettles, wood sorrel, and miner’s lettuce. This pesto is superfood heavy and made to reflect the spring season of the Pacific Northwest. A mild, earthy, lemony mint taste is the best way to describe this delicate flavor. This Stinging Nettle Pesto is vegan; using nutritional yeast instead of dairy. It also contains no garlic or nuts.
