Organic Pinot Gris Pink Wine – An Organic Pinot Gris fermented on it’s skins for 48 hours before being pressed and allowed to ferment naturally for 10 months. Light fruit, crisp, clean flavors, and overall pleasant to sip. The grapes come from Corbett, OR at about 1,000 ft elevation on clay soils. The short growing season makes for acidic wines and light, crisp flavor. Serve chilled or room temp. Goes well with thai dishes, salmon, light pastas. See our other options here!
