Description
Made with our Estate Syrah grapes using parts of the vineyard that struggle severely. The stress produces grapes that are less ripe and adds a nice acidic balance to the wine. Watermelon consistency and good tropical fruit flavors with an earthy finish give flavors of pomegranate, orange, guava.
